Apple Pie

Very Easy to Make, Excellent Taste

Ingredients

70 g margarine

1 egg

1 tea cup of milk

1 tea glass of sugar

1 packet vanilla

1 packet of baking powder

Flour as it takes (approximately 5-6 water-glasses)

3 medium apples

1 tea-cup of walnuts

1 teaspoon of cinnamon (acervose)

3 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation

First, grate the apples. Mix the grated apples, sugar and walnuts in a saucepan and cook until the apples boil down its juice. After removing the cooked apple mixture from the cooker, add the cinnamon.

To prepare the dough, add margarine, egg, milk, sugar into a large bowl and blend it with your fingers until it becomes a thick mixture.

Then add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Make dough that is soft enough as an earlobe.

Divide the dough into 5 parts. Spread one of the pieces around 30cm, split by 8. Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture on the edges and wrap it in a roll starting from the edge. Arrange it on the baking tray. Do the same to other pieces.

First, cook it at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Then bake at 175 degrees until it turns a little pink. After it cools, you can serve it by sprinkling powdered sugar on it.

Apple cookies

Apple cookie is a type of cookie made using apple, walnut, sugar, oil, water, sweetener and flour. Apple cookie, which is very rich in nutritional values, contains fat, protein, carbohydrate and high amounts of calories.

Ingredients

150 grams of room temperature butter

1/2 teacup of oil

2 heaping tablespoons of yogurt

4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

1 packet of baking powder

3-4 water-glasses of flour

2 large apples

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tea glass huge grounded nut

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Grate the apples and put them in a large pan and cook over low heat until the juice is released.

When the juice is released, add sugar and cook until the juice is boiled down.

Add cinnamon and walnut and remove from cooker,

For the dough, put the butter, oil and yogurt into a mixing bowl and mix them with your hands.

Add the powdered sugar and baking powder and start kneading,

Add the flour gradually and knead until you have dough that does not stick to the hand,

Make tangerine-sized lumps from the dough,

Roll out each lump into a slightly larger circle than the tea plate with the help of a roller,

Cut the circle into four,

Put the apple mixture on the wide side of each piece and wrap it like spring rolls,

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until they turn pink,

Garnish with powdered sugar and serve.
