INNOVATION

We make a difference in the industry through technological investments. Our presizing electronic sorting line categorizes 20,000 kg of apples per hour into 48 quality, color, weight, and size categories, enhancing our standards.

With frost-prevention fans, sprinkler systems, and drip irrigation, we increase efficiency, while our weather forecasting and Metos station enable 60% annual savings in water and energy.

Our 35 fully-equipped harvest robots collect 1,500 kg of apples per person, enhancing both quality and efficiency. Blower machines enhance apples’ natural color, supporting sustainable production.

SUSTAINABILITY

With our eco-conscious production approach, we prioritize renewable energy and water conservation. Our solar panels meet 70% of our energy needs, reducing environmental impact. We actively use solar energy in both our cold storage facilities and orchards.

By recycling water in our sorting machines and collecting rainwater, we save 30–60% in irrigation. Our Metos stations further optimize irrigation needs, offering an additional 20–60% in savings.

We also fulfill our social responsibility by providing educational scholarships for the children of our employees.

TRACEABILITY

We prioritize quality and safety by ensuring traceability from farm to fork. Every product harvested from our orchards is labeled with detailed information.

They are weighed and placed in appropriate cold rooms based on quality criteria. When an order is received, they are reweighed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

During shipment, transport details are recorded and a unique batch number is assigned to each product, allowing full traceability. This system ensures transparency and trust for our customers.
