As Engin Tarım, we produce 55,000 tons of apples annually on 12,000 decares of land and deliver them to the world. With our 3,500-decare avocado plantation and advanced technology infrastructure, we manage all processes from production to marketing in-house. Engin Tarım's Karaman Akçaşehir Orchard is Turkey’s largest single-plot apple orchard. It contains over 2,000,000 M-9 rootstock apple saplings in 15 different varieties. Of these, 400,000 are exclusive club varieties such as Gradisca, Cosmic Crisp, Majesty, and Magic Star. Other major varieties like Gala, Fuji, Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Golden Reinders, Florina, and Rose are also cultivated.
At its downtown orchard in Karaman, Engin Tarım cultivates 9 different apple varieties across 1,000 hectares with over 280,000 trees. With an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons, it holds a significant position in the sector. Using modern agricultural techniques and sustainable practices, Engin Tarım produces high-quality apples while showing respect for nature and the environment.
Engin Tarım's orchards in Tekirdağ span 1,250 hectares with over 400,000 apple trees, producing 5,000 tons of product annually. Varieties grown include Gala, Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Fuji, Rose, and Kiwi. Additional 200-hectare orchards are located in Çorlu and Çerkezmüsellim. High-quality apple production is carried out using modern agricultural techniques and sustainable practices.
In 2022, we began apple orchard investments in India and established IG Engin Tarım Private Limited. The Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand regions, where our orchard is located, are among the most suitable areas in the Himalayas for apple cultivation. In 2024, we began avocado cultivation activities on 350 hectares of fertile land in Kenya and Tanzania. On this vast land, we aim to reach an annual production volume of 6,300 tons with 75,000 trees.
