It is the largest single-piece apple orchard in Türkiye. Production is carried out on an area of 6,005 decares, with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons. The orchard contains over 2,000,000 apple trees, including 15 varieties grafted onto M-9 rootstocks. Among them, 400,000 trees are exclusive club varieties such as Gradisca, Cosmic Crisp, Majesty, and Magic Star, grown only by us and not produced by any other company in Türkiye.

All of our lands are irrigated with drip irrigation systems. The Metos irrigation system established in 2024 manages irrigation according to different soil structures using climate stations and soil moisture sensors. This system enables up to 60% annual savings in water and energy. We have three climate control and early warning systems in total.
Frost warning systems installed in our orchards provide early alerts when temperatures drop, allowing timely interventions. Additionally, wind machines and water-spraying systems placed around the trees help mitigate the effects of frost. Thanks to these methods, our apple trees are protected from cold weather conditions, improving our productivity.
All of our orchards are covered with netting to protect our trees from hail and sunburn. These nets provide shade over the trees, preventing the fruits from being directly exposed to sunlight. Thanks to these methods, we protect our apple trees from adverse weather conditions and enhance our product quality.
We have 35 fully equipped harvest robots. With these robots, we can harvest up to 1,500 kg of apples per person per day. By using robots, we minimize labor costs and human errors. This also increases productivity and optimizes harvest duration, making our operations more efficient and sustainable.
We use 5 leaf-blower machines to produce higher quality and more colorful apples. These machines are used close to the harvest period to shred leaves. This allows the apples to receive more sunlight, resulting in a perfect red color.
We employ over 2,000 workers throughout the season in our Karaman and Akçaşehir orchards. By creating significant employment in apple farming, we contribute greatly to the regional economy. The use of qualified and experienced workers plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency of our production processes and enhancing product quality. This allows us to maintain high standards in apple production and offer the best products to our customers.
