At Engin Ziraat Cold Storage and Packaging Facility, we elevate apple packaging processes to the highest level with advanced technology and innovative solutions. In our modern facility, we operate efficiently, precisely, and sustainably using high-capacity, AI-supported systems.
In addition to housing the industry’s most advanced packaging line, our facility includes an Apple Traying Machine imported from China in 2023, two 800-ton TSP Plastic Crate Injection Machines, a 60-ton truck scale, and modern storage areas with a capacity of 4,750,000 kg—allowing us to optimize our logistics processes.
PACKAGING FACILITY
We maximize product quality with the most advanced classification and processing technologies in the industry, ensuring minimum waste and maximum efficiency through our high-precision machinery. With Turkey’s largest pre-sizing line and our AI-supported systems, we flawlessly analyze size, color, and quality to offer packaging solutions tailored to customer demands.
Our machinery lineup includes the Aweta Pre-Sizing Machine (2023, Italy) with 8 lanes and a capacity of 20,000 kg/hour, Tarend 1 (2018) with 6 lanes and 15,000 kg/hour capacity, Tarend 2 (2022, AI-supported) with 2 lanes and 5,000 kg/hour, and finally, the HM Supertech Line (2024) with 7,500 kg/hour capacity completes the production line.

COLD STORAGE FACILITY
Our cold storage facility in Çorlu offers advanced technology and extensive storage capacity.
The facility spans 7,000,000 m² with 4,200 m² of indoor space. It features a glycol cooling system powered by ammonia. With a cold storage capacity of 15,000 m³, the facility includes 22 rooms and can store 4,100 tons of apples.
Our 1,000 m² packaging area is equipped with a Greefa 4-lane, 15-exit (2009, Netherlands) packaging machine featuring color cameras and diameter/weight adjustment, operating at 4 tons per hour.
